  •      20g dry swallow nest
  •      10g dried scallops
  •      300g Mushrooms enokitake
  •      White 65g eggs, beat well
  •      1 quart chicken broth
  •      Chicken broth powder 8g
  •      10g tapioca flour, dissolved in a little water
  •      3g sugar
  •      5g salt

How to Make a Bird's Nest Soup Wallet:

  1.      Steam the bird's nest for 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2.      Steamed scallops and mushrooms enokitake for 2 hours separately. Remove from heat.
  3.      Set the bird's nest, scallops and mushrooms in a soup pot.
  4.      Pour the liquid broth, then season with bouillon powder, sugar and salt. Stir well, bring to a boil.
  5.      Enter the solution of tapioca, stir, and cook until it begins to thicken.
  6.      Add the whipped egg whites and stir until stringy. Remove from heat.
  7.      Pour the soup into bowls and serve.
